Ⅰ. Introduction

GD-0703 Hydraulic Wheel Track Molding Machine is designed and made as per T0703 Bituminous Mixture Test Sample Making Methods (Rolling and Compacting methods) in the Industry Standard JTJ052Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.

GD-0703 hydraulic wheel track molding machine is usually used with wheel track tester, and it is mainly used to make samples for wheel track test.

Ⅱ. Technical parameters

1. Size of test mold: 300×300×(30~100)mm;

2. Rolling and compacting wheel:

    (1) Radius: 500 mm;

    (2) Width: 300 mm;

3. Moving speed of test mold: 6 reciprocations per minute;

4. Pressure of rolling wheel: can be continuously adjusted in the range of 0~20kN (it has been set to 9.0 kN before leaving factory).

5. Preheat temperature of rolling wheel: it can be set in the range of 20~200°C as your requirements;

6. Instrument size: 1750×1216×640 mm.

7. Weight: 300 kg.

8. Power supply: 380 V, 50 Hz, 3 kW.
